Union des Caves du Médoc (UCM), established in 2004, is a major cooperative grouping of wine cellars and independent winegrowers in the Médoc region. Representing about 50 brands and châteaux, including Grand Cru Classé, Crus Bourgeois, and AB certified wines, UCM is dedicated to producing high-quality wines with a commitment to environmental sustainability. The cooperative exports to 21 countries and works with over 200 customers, with a strong international presence.
