Founded in 1998, the Mendipathar Multipurpose Cooperative Society (MMCS) is dedicated to empowering small and marginal farmers in Meghalaya. MMCS supports agricultural production, marketing, and value addition for crops like rubber, pepper, and mushrooms. It also manages various agricultural projects, including dairy, poultry, piggery, and food processing, benefiting over 1,000 farmers.
