Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya (PENS) is a state polytechnic institution in Surabaya, Indonesia, established in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Since 1988, PENS has been providing vocational education, focusing on electronics, telecommunications, and mechatronics, among other fields.
