Alishan Tefuye Coffee Cooperative is located in Tefuye village of Alishan in Chiayi County, Taiwan, at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters. Founded by Mr. Ching Long Chen, it promotes sustainable agriculture and Tsou culture. The cooperative is known for its organic, high-altitude coffee grown without fertilizers, using eco-friendly pest control methods. It has a limited yield due to natural farming practices, making its coffee beans highly valued.
