Company Overview
The Coastal Fog (C-FOG) project is a comprehensive bi-national research initiative aimed at improving the prediction of marine fog. The project involves extensive field campaigns that collect meteorological and microphysical data during fog events at various coastal sites in eastern Canada. This data is used to advance the understanding of fog formation, development, and dissipation, with the ultimate goal of improving fog predictability and monitoring. The project includes collaborations among universities, government laboratories, and industry partners, and is funded by the Office of Naval Research.
