Nurasa, formerly known as Asia Sustainable Foods Platform, is a Singapore-based company wholly owned by Temasek. It focuses on accelerating the adoption of sustainable nutrition solutions by leveraging innovation platforms and fostering strong partnerships within a collaborative community. Nurasa's initiatives include the Food Tech Innovation Centre (FTIC), a 3, 840 sqm food-grade facility equipped with high-tech laboratories specializing in precision fermentation and food processing. The FTIC serves as a strategic hub for product innovation and commercialization of sustainable foods, aiming to strengthen food security and promote sustainable practices in the food industry.
