Fruzzante is India’s first winery to produce sparkling alcoholic beverages from Chikoo (Sapota) and other locally sourced fruits. Established by Priyanka Save and her husband, the winery focuses on creating unique, vegan, and gluten-free beverages with no added flavors or colors. Fruzzante aims to reduce fruit wastage and support local farmers by sourcing directly from them. Their products include a variety of fruit wines such as Chikoo, Mango, Pineapple, Starfruit, Strawberry, and a honey mead called Arkä. The winery, located in Bordi, Maharashtra, is a part of the Hill Zill Resort, offering tours and tastings.
