Established in December 2017, the Omani Association for Intellectual Property (OAIP) is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of protecting intellectual property rights across various sectors in Oman. The association engages with public and private entities, educational institutions, and the general public to promote understanding and implementation of intellectual property rights. OAIP collaborates with international organizations, such as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), to enhance its initiatives and support innovation and creativity within the Sultanate.
