The Texas International Produce Association (TIPA) aims to represent the interests of Texas-grown fruits and vegetables, as well as manage the issues surrounding the import of Mexico-grown produce through Texas ports. Formed in 1942, TIPA is dedicated to advocacy, education, and improving the produce industry across the state of Texas.
