Table Olives
Established in 2008, the Tayadirt Cooperative is a women-led agricultural cooperative located in the Timoulilt commune of Morocco's Beni Mellal-Khenifra region. Comprising 20 members, including 15 women and 5 men, the cooperative manages approximately 70 hectares of olive orchards, producing up to 50 tons of table olives annually. Their mission focuses on adding value to harvested olives, preserving local olive trees, and enhancing the socioeconomic status of women in the community.
