Founded in 1989, Tablas Creek Vineyard is a pioneering winery located in Paso Robles, California, and known for its Rhône-style wines. Established as a collaboration between the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel and Robert Haas, the vineyard is the world's first Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyard and also certified organic and biodynamic. Tablas Creek focuses on sustainable, terroir-driven wines, using authentic Rhône grape clones and dry-farming methods to produce acclaimed blends like Esprit de Tablas and Côtes de Tablas.
