SIMON FRERES is expert in designing and manufacturing lines for butter production and butter reworking. We have developed a wide range of continuous butter making machines, with various outputs from 250 kg to 12 tons/hour, which can be used with all types of cream, and enable to produce premium quality butters (traditional, lactic, or salted). We also offer a range of reworking equipment for butter blocks, from -20° C till + 4° C and with capacity from 500 kg to 5 tons/hour according to the solutions. Our range also includes bulk packaging machines (semi-automatic or fully automatic), butter distribution systems including silos and pumps with various capacities. We have developed equipment for blending solutions (for light butter, blends, spreads…). Our Customer Service offers a large range of support and interventions: preventive maintenance, technical audit of customer’s existing butter plant, assistance to butter making technology.
