This establishment is part of the local government's efforts to support and empower PWDs through the CARER Program., in collaboration with the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) and Cavite State University – Carmona. The store provides employment opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), particularly the deaf community
