Runamok, founded in 2009 by husband and wife Eric and Laura Sorkin, is a family-owned company based in Vermont specializing in premium, organic maple syrup and honey products. Initially tapping their woods in Cambridge, Vermont, they sold their maple crop on the bulk market for the first six years. In 2016, aiming to elevate maple in innovative ways, they launched their own retail line. Their offerings include infused, smoked, and barrel-aged maple syrups, as well as raw varietal, infused, and hot honeys. Runamok emphasizes sustainability, partnering with over 50 family farms dedicated to high-quality products.
