Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV), established in 1988, is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. Its primary mission is to preserve and promote the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda through the traditional Gurukula system of education. The institution focuses on transferring specialized clinical skills and knowledge from expert practitioners (Vaidyas) to young Ayurvedic aspirants, ensuring the continuity of this traditional healthcare system. RAV offers several training programs, including the Member of RAV (MRAV) and Certificate of RAV (CRAV), aimed at upgrading the skills of Ayurveda professionals.
