Parés Baltà is a family-owned winery with a rich history dating back to 1790. Located in the Penedès region near Barcelona, Spain, the winery produces a wide range of organic and biodynamic wines and cavas. Committed to sustainability and respecting nature, Parés Baltà practices biodynamic viticulture on its five estates, which range in altitude from 170 to 700 meters above sea level. The winery is managed by the Cusiné family, with the third generation currently at the helm, and the winemaking led by María Elena Jiménez and Marta Casas. Parés Baltà is known for its innovative and traditional winemaking techniques, producing wines that are expressive and full of character.
