Paisley Wines, owned by Kirsten and Derek, is crafted from their love affair with the Barossa. Their hilltop vineyard of Shiraz, Fiano and Mataro overlooks the beautiful Barossa Valley. Paisley offers distinct wines using traditional and emerging varieties sourced from generational grape growing families in the Barossa and nearby regions. Traditional offerings include the Barossa trilogy of Shiraz, Grenache & Mataro. Premium old vine Riesling comes from altitude in the cool climate Eden Valley and emerging varietals include expressive Tempranillo and Estate grown Fiano will excite Good Food and Wine guests. Winemaker Derek has explored Barossa terroirs in the Paisley Texture range, three premium Shiraz wines highlighting different aspects of this famous wine region. Unique and contemporary packaging, including the funky vinyl shaped labels on the Mixed by DJ Deadly range and gorgeous Celtic range labels are anything but traditional and reflect Kirsten and Derek’s approach to life.
