Ontalba is a cooperative winery and olive oil producer located in the villages of Ontur and Albatana in the Albacete province of Spain. Formed in 2017 through the union of the San José de Ontur and San Isidro de Albatana cooperatives, Ontalba combines generations of agricultural tradition with modern viticulture and olive oil production techniques. The company produces a variety of wines, including Monastrell, Syrah, and Petit Verdot, under the Jumilla designation of origin. Ontalba also produces high-quality extra virgin olive oils, emphasizing sustainable and organic farming practices.
