OI Pomodoro da Industria Bacino Centro Sud Italia is an interprofessional organization recognized by the Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies. It represents the tomato supply chain in the central-southern regions of Italy, integrating agricultural production with industrial processing. The organization aims to enhance quality, sustainability, and competitiveness in the tomato sector. The organization includes 48 processing companies, 18 producers' organizations, and 6 representation bodies, covering regions such as Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Lazio, Marche, Molise, Puglia, Toscana, Sardegna, Sicilia, and Umbria.
