Klondike Cheese Co., a fourth-generation family-owned business, has been producing award-winning cheeses in Green County, Wisconsin, since the late 1800s. The Buholzer family combines traditional cheese-making techniques with state-of-the-art equipment to craft a variety of specialty cheeses, including Feta, Muenster, Brick, and Havarti. The company is recognized nationally for its authentic Feta, marketed under the Odyssey® brand, and boasts six Wisconsin Master Cheesemakers on staff. In 2013, Klondike expanded its product line to include Greek yogurt, further showcasing its commitment to quality and innovation.
