Distillery based on a small farm in the wild mountains of Southern Tasmania where we grow many of the ingredients or scavenge from the nearby wilderness. We are a very home made operation, including building our own still from recycled copper and the distillery itself, and producing Sloe Gin, Liqueur Gins, Botanical Gins and introducing our new range of WyreCoille Single Malt Whiskies.
