Masi, established in 1772, is a historic winery located in the Valpolicella Classica region of Italy. Known for its Amarone and other premium wines, Masi has a long tradition of using native grape varieties and the Appassimento technique, a method dating back to ancient Roman times. The winery is still family-owned, now run by the sixth, seventh, and eighth generations of the Boscaini family. Masi also operates organically run estates in Tuscany and Argentina, and its wines are recognized and appreciated in 140 countries worldwide.
