Manipur Organic Mission Agency (MOMA) is a registered society under the Manipur Society Registration Act, 1989. It operates under the Department of Horticulture and Soil Conservation, Manipur, with the aim of promoting organic farming and related activities in the state. MOMA is the state lead agency for implementing the Mission Organic Value Chain Development for North Eastern Region (MOVCDNER) scheme. It focuses on converting a significant area of the state into chemical-free organic zones by 2025. MOMA facilitates the marketing of organic produce, organizes seminars, workshops, and buyer-seller meets, and ensures timely data uploading for project management.
