In February 2023, Professional Golfer JP Curran conceived the exciting experimental idea of Lobster House AU, an authentic American Lobster Roll Shack. On March 25th, Lobster House AU opened its doors for the first time at Bondi Markets, and the response was nothing short of overwhelming. Since then, we've been a regular presence at various Sydney markets and have participated in large festivals to introduce Lobster Rolls to a wider audience in the Australian market. Now, JP has established a permanent store in Sydney's CBD and is gearing up to open his second location in Manly come July 2024.
