A new small batch distillery currently located in Coopers Plains. We live and grow as many botanicals as we can on several acres in Hatton Vale. Why Liquidus? Liquidus temperature (also abbreviated to TL, which just happens to be our initials) is essentially the temperature above which a material is completely liquid and the maximum temperature at which crystals can coexist. Hence our crystal logo. We are inspired by our garden and what botanicals are in season. We strive to use as many of our botanicals in our premium gins as possible and sourcing products as local as possible. What we can't grow ourselves we will look at nearby farmers and products to keep it as much locally made as possible. We currently have four Gin products available, Garden Dry, Lime Divine, Citrus Sunset and Watermelon.
