Multi0award-winning winemaker Jo Irvine established Levrier Wines to capture the pure essence of forgotten varietals of the Barossa such as Cabernet Franc and Merlot, as well as the exceptional Zinfandel, and along with her distinctive Sparkling Petite Meslier Brut Rose from the Adelaide Hills. Levrier is french for "Greyhound" and honours Jo's two greatest loves, Winemaking and her adopted Greyhound dogs.
