We are a family owned artisan cheese producers located in Smithton, on the north westof beautiful Tasmania. We produce a unique and exiting range of cheese utilising the milked produced by our small herd of crossbred and Jersey-much-loved cows predominantly grass fed and provided with the ultimate low stress environment to help them produce the best milk Tasmania has to offer.
