The Korean Food Grand Master Association, established in 2004, is dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional Korean culinary arts. Supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the association certifies individuals as 'Korean Food Grand Masters' to ensure the continuation of authentic Korean food craftsmanship. The association also operates the Korea Food Grand Master Center, an experience-oriented space in downtown Seoul, offering programs and exhibitions related to traditional Korean foods.
