Jackson's Food Company, founded in 2012 by Megan and Scott Reamer, specializes in producing non-GMO sweet potato chips using premium oils such as avocado and coconut oil. The company was born out of the Reamers' efforts to create healthy snacks for their son, Jackson, who had an autoimmune disorder. Since its inception, Jackson's has grown rapidly, offering products that are Paleo, Vegan, and Gluten-Free. Their sweet potato chips are now available at major retailers across the United States, including Whole Foods and Costco, and the brand gained national recognition through an appearance on 'Shark Tank.'
