The Indian Ocean - Seafood Pavillon is part of the Commission of the Indian Ocean (COI) initiative. It brings together SMEs from the seafood value chain, including fish processing, dried seafood products, and seafood-based cuisine. The program is supported by the ENFA-IO initiative and the European Union, aiming to enhance economic opportunities in the Indian Ocean region.
