Founded in 1898 by Abel Paillard, the «Huilerie de Lapalisse» has remained in the family . Philippe CHERVIER, the great-grandson at the head of the oil mill, reaffirms his attachment to the ancestral know-how of the founder, who built the reputation and excellence of the oils for over 125 years. The oil mill experienced a significant industrial expansion in the early seventies under Abel CHERVIER's drive, without however abandoning the artisanal unit. Throughout his life, he made it possible for the oil mill to maintain its independence. Just like his great-grandfather and his father, Philippe CHERVIER always advocates respect for tradition and the quest for taste. It is true that without the best raw materials, great oils cannot be conceived. The oils produced in Lapalisse meet the expectations of consumers more than ever by preserving all the nutritional values of the fruit and the aromas of the of the oils.
