The Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre (HKORC) is the first local certification body dedicated to organic products in Hong Kong. Established in 2002, HKORC provides certification services for agriculture, aquaculture, and food processing industries. The centre's mission is to promote sustainable organic farming, ensure a safe and quality food supply, and support the development of an ecologically balanced environment. HKORC is accredited by the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM), ensuring that its certification standards meet international benchmarks.
