It was established by merging two associations: AMKRI and ASMINDO, under the endorsement of President Joko Widodo. HIMKI focuses on promoting the furniture and craft industries in Indonesia, aiming to strengthen their competitiveness both domestically and internationally. With over 2, 500 member companies, HIMKI plays a crucial role in fostering innovation, supporting sustainable practices, and facilitating export opportunities to global markets, including the USA, Japan, and Europe.
