Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP) aims to develop skilled Saudi nationals for the dairy and food industries, supporting the Saudization program in Saudi Arabia. Established to address the need for technically qualified personnel, FIP offers a two-and-a-half-year program providing both theoretical and practical training. The curriculum includes general courses, specialized courses in dairy and food technology, animal production, and equipment maintenance, followed by six months of on-the-job training.
