Hand salting and natural ventilation during maturation are key aspects of their process. In 2016, after a significant fire, the company rebuilt its facility, integrating art and innovation into the new design. F.lli Galloni S.p.A. is recognized for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and cultural initiatives, including participation in Parma's designation as the Italian Capital of Culture in 2020-21.
