Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship (DGA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing the first formal apprenticeship program for farming in the U.S. Registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, DGA supports aspiring and established dairy farmers by offering hands-on work-based training in managed grazing. The program aims to prepare individuals for farm ownership and strengthen the dairy industry's economic and environmental sustainability. Apprentices receive training under experienced mentor graziers in various states across the U.S.
