Established by Stuart and Jessica Bloomfield from a shared love of each other and wine. Craft vs Science focuses on small batch, handmade wines from the best blocks within their family vineyard. Stuart and Jessica met at university studying winemaking science and their two young children are the 7th generation Barossans from Jessica's family. With a rich traditional heritage and a keen understanding of the modern science of winemaking the couple meld the two in a unique winemaking and viticulture philosophy, 'Craft vs Science'.
