Established in 1942, the Chamber of Chemical Industries (CCI) is a prominent organization representing and defending the interests of over 10,000 businesses within Egypt's chemical industry. Operating under the Federation of Egyptian Industries, CCI encompasses six industrial divisions: Diversified Chemicals, Plastics & Rubber, Detergents, Paints, Inks & Resins, Paper & Cardboard, and Waste Management. The Chamber actively engages with senior state officials to address industry challenges and fosters international business opportunities through collaborations with foreign commercial counselors, Egyptian embassies abroad, and global economic organizations. Additionally, CCI organizes workshops, seminars, and business meetings to promote growth and innovation within the chemical sector.
