Boogie Lab USA LLC is the North American branch of Boogie Lab, a Croatian food technology company renowned for its innovative approach to sourdough fermentation. Combining artificial intelligence with traditional baking techniques, Boogie Lab has developed proprietary AI fermentation technology that utilizes smart fermentors and advanced sensors to precisely control the baking process. This results in consistently high-quality, artisanal sourdough breads, pastries, and sandwiches. In spring 2024, Boogie Lab expanded into the U.S. market by opening Boogie Bakery in New York City, marking its first U.S.-based micro bakery. This venture was led by co-founder Dennis Turcinovic, co-owner of Delmonico's restaurant, which became the first establishment in North America to serve Boogie Lab's bread.
