Beaverton Foods, Inc., founded in 1929 by Rose Biggi, is a family-owned company specializing in gourmet condiments. Starting with bottling horseradish in the cellar of her farmhouse to support her family during the Great Depression, Rose laid the foundation for what has become the largest specialty condiment manufacturer in the United States. The company offers over 80 products across five major brands—Beaver Brand, Inglehoffer, Napa Valley, Tulelake, and Pacific Farms—and has won more than 150 awards. Beaverton Foods is known for its innovative products, including America's first bottled Cream Style Horseradish and honey mustard. Now in its 95th year, the company continues to expand under the leadership of the third and fourth generations of the Biggi family.
