Food Processing
Established in November 2012 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Andhra Pradesh Food Processing Society (APFPS) acts as the nodal agency for the development of the food processing sector in the state. APFPS aims to enhance and stabilize the income level of farmers, reduce agricultural waste, and promote the competitiveness of the food processing industry in both domestic and international markets. The society also focuses on the integration of food processing infrastructure from farm to market and supports both domestic and foreign investments in the sector.
