Established in 1987, the All India Spices Exporters Forum (AISEF) aims to protect and promote the interests of spice exporters in India. AISEF collaborates with various government and industry bodies including the Spices Board of India, Ministry of Commerce, and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). The Forum is actively involved in setting standards for spices and ensuring sustainable spice cultivation. AISEF also organizes the International Spice Conference (ISC) to bring together stakeholders from the spice industry.
