Asosiasi Kopi Spesial Indonesia (AKSI), also known as the Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI), was founded in 2007 to improve the quality and quantity of Indonesia's specialty coffee. The association connects stakeholders across the coffee industry, including farmers, roasters, exporters, and retailers. It promotes sustainable practices, education on coffee production, and enhances market access for Indonesian specialty coffee, recognized for its unique and diverse flavors shaped by Indonesia’s diverse ecosystems.
